- Does my client need to register in EasyStaff Invoice?
Whether your client is a company, i.e., a legal entity, or an individual, they need to go through a simple registration with an email and a password. For individuals that pay through your personal payment link, registration is still required.
- How can my client pay an invoice?
• Individuals can pay with a bank card (credit or debit) via the link in the invoice or your personal link shared on social media. The limits for link payments are €1,000/$1,000 at a time and three payments from one card per day. When paying via your personal link, the client needs to specify the amount to pay.
• If the invoice amount exceeds €1,000/$1,000, money needs to be sent to EasyStaff Invoice bank account. Its details are provided in the invoice.
• Companies pay with bank transfers to EasyStaff Invoice bank account.
- Is it safe to go through passport verification?
We require your passport information to ensure that real individuals are registering on our service. We securely store your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can read here.
- My ID document photo wasn’t accepted for verification. What should I do?
You can try sending your ID photo again. Check if the photo is clear and easily readable. It should be bright, without shadows or overexposure. Importantly, be sure that your ID document is valid (a passport or a driver’s license).
- I sent the invoice to my client. Why have the funds not been credited to my balance yet?
• If the payment was made with a credit card via the payment link, we credit funds to your balance within a few hours.
• If the payment was made with a bank transfer to EasyStaff Invoice account, it may take 3–5 business days for funds to be credited to your balance.
• To determine the exact date of the funds transfer, request a payment confirmation from the customer, which will show the sender, recipient’s account, date, and amount.
• If more than three business days have passed since the funds were sent but the payment has not been received, please contact us. Provide your username, invoice number, and attach the customer’s payment confirmation.
- Why did I receive less money than stated in the invoice?
This happens because the sender’s bank or correspondent bank may charge a fee. This situation is usually associated with SWIFT transfers. There are three options for sending a SWIFT transfer:
• OUR — all fees are paid by the sender.
• SHA — the sender pays the fee of their bank, and the recipient pays the correspondent bank’s fee.
• BEN — the recipient pays all fees.
You can arrange with the customer in advance to cover all transfer fees by choosing the OUR option.
- Payment has been received. Why is it not paid out to my account?
To have the funds paid out, the following rules should be followed:
• The incoming amount must match the amount on the invoice.
• The sender must match the entity specified in the invoice.
If any of these don’t apply, we will contact you and suggest either creating a new invoice or requesting the customer’s details for a refund.
